Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Health Data Analyst to join the Quality Abstraction team. This full-time, remote role supports analytics across clinical and financial contexts, with a 40-hour workweek and days 9:00am-5:00pm local time.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in health fields or RN and at least two years of healthcare data experience, including ECQM and quality metrics. You will develop analytic approaches, build BI reports, and advise clients on data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health related fields or RN.
• Minimum 2 years experience in health related field.
• Experience with healthcare data strongly preferred.
• 2 years of ECQM and quality metrics.

Responsibilities

• Directs and executes multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Collaborates with clients to understand business needs and deliverables.
• Develops analytic approaches and population definitions.
• Creates BI reports and educates clients on data concepts.
• Guides data integration and validates complex datasets.
