CharterUP is hiring a Client Solutions Partner in a remote-first capacity to drive revenue across inbound and outbound channels. You will manage a portfolio of high-value accounts, craft tailored quotes, and close new business while expanding existing relationships.

You will work with a fast-growing team that emphasizes urgency, accountability, and data-driven decision making. The role reports to Sales Manager and offers broad benefits for US and Canada-based employees.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or hybrid revenue roles, consistently exceeding performance goals.
• Proven ability to manage and grow a book of business, expanding spend and retention.
• Proven success balancing high-volume inbound response with targeted outbound prospecting and account development.
• Skilled in navigating multi-contact organizations and identifying new opportunities within existing accounts.
• Expert communicator with mastery in objection handling, urgency creation, and assumptive closing.

Responsabilidades

• Hit and exceed every metric: revenue targets, conversions, and account growth.
• Manage a high volume of inbound leads while driving outbound reactivation and expansion.
• Leverage CRM tools to generate tailored quotes and maintain accurate documentation.
• Execute disciplined call patterns to maintain conversion velocity and follow-up.
• Drive repeat business by expanding relationships and turning bookings into long-term engagements.
