CharterUP is seeking a Client Solutions Partner to drive revenue through high-velocity inbound and outbound sales. You will own a book of business, close new customers, and expand recurring ones while delivering faster, more reliable bookings.

You’ll manage hundreds of interactions weekly, quote accurately with our marketplace tech, and maintain disciplined CRM updates in Salesforce, Outreach, G‑Suite, Slack, and proprietary tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales, account management, or hybrid revenue roles.
• Proven ability to manage and grow a book of business, expanding spend and retention.
• Skilled in navigating multi‑contact organizations and closing deals across varied customer types.

Responsibilities

• Hit and exceed revenue targets and account growth.
• Manage a high volume of inbound leads and outbound expansion.
• Create tailored, accurate trip quotes using CharterUP’s marketplace tech.
• Maintain disciplined call patterns and follow-up cadence to preserve momentum.
• Close decisively and expand recurring business with high-value accounts.
• Document activity in CRM and other tools with precision, including Salesforce.
