Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Senior Client Finance Analyst to support the financial management of our client portfolio, reporting, and month-end close duties. You will take a lead role in project accounting, review contracts and milestones, and ensure accurate intercompany transactions, revenue recognition, and forecasting.

Collaboration with project leads and finance teams will be essential for timely reporting and client invoicing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business.
• 3+ years of relevant accounting/finance experience.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly project accounting and lead some monthly status meetings with project managers.
• Review & reconcile new projects, verify signatures, revenue type, Salesforce, milestones/tasks, and intercompany amounts.
• Review & reconcile change orders, budget adjustments and carve outs, update project trackers.
