Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Manager of Client Finance to oversee the financial management and forecasting for our client portfolio, including month-end close and reporting.

This role is fully remote, with optional offices in Chicago, Indianapolis, Boston, NYC, or Gladstone, NJ. You will supervise project accounting, contract reviews, intercompany transactions, and revenue recognition under GAAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business.
• 6+ years in accounting/finance including 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly project accounting and lead monthly status meetings with project managers.
• Manage new contract engagements and assess related contracts/projects with accurate setup.
• Guide finance team on project tracking and review concerns against budgets.
• Report and present project financials to project leads and stakeholders.
• Collaborate on intercompany transactions and contract reviews with cross-functional teams.
• Support ASC 606 compliance and year-end procedures.
• Prepare monthly revenue forecasts and variance analyses with FP&A input.
• Mentor staff and manage audit timelines and documentation.
