Precision Medicine Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Client Finance Analyst to support the financial management for our client portfolio, reporting, and month-end close duties. The role includes leading monthly status meetings, reviewing new projects, and managing intercompany transactions.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/business and 3+ years of relevant accounting experience, with advanced Excel skills and client-facing capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business.
• 3+ years of relevant accounting/finance experience.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Agency or Professional Services experience a plus.
• Month end close experience.
• Revenue Recognition experience.
• Project Accounting experience.
• Client Services/Client Facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly project accounting and lead some monthly status meetings with project managers.
• Review and reconcile new projects including verifying signatures, revenue type, Salesforce, milestones, and intercompany amounts.
• Review and reconcile change orders, budget adjustments, and milestones in project trackers.
• Set up new clients in accounting systems and map employees to billable rates; review MSAs for rebates and discounts.
• Review intercompany revenue/cost transactions and update shared financial trackers; assist with interco contracts.
• Assist revenue recognition for project revenues and ensure contract compliance.
• Prepare monthly project revenue forecast and comparisons to budget/plan.
• Prepare and review invoicing and follow up on past-due invoices; manage waterfall of invoicing per contracts.
• Review and submit monthly client accruals and consolidate with other Precision entities.
