Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Senior Client Finance Analyst to support the financial management for our client portfolio, including month-end close duties and reporting.

You will handle monthly project accounting, revenue recognition, invoicing, and intercompany transactions, coordinating with project managers and other finance teams. Strong Excel and client-facing communication are essential, with 3+ years in accounting/finance and a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum concentration accounting, finance or business
• 3+ years of relevant accounting/finance experience

Responsibilities

• Support monthly project accounting and lead some status meetings with project managers.
• Review and reconcile new projects, milestones, and intercompany amounts.
• Manage project budgets, change orders, and financial trackers.
• Assist revenue recognition and align with client contracts.
• Prepare monthly project revenue forecasts and variance analysis.
• Review client invoicing and collect past-due payments.
