Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Senior Client Finance Analyst to oversee financial management for our client portfolio, including reporting, month-end close, and coordinating with project teams.

The role involves leading project accounting tasks, revenue recognition, intercompany activity, invoicing, and maintaining financial trackers to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Strong Excel and client-service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/business
• 3+ years of relevant accounting/finance experience
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Responsibilities

• Support monthly project accounting and lead some monthly status meetings with project managers
• Review and reconcile new projects, milestones, and intercompany amounts
• Manage project financial trackers and review change orders, budget adjustments and carve outs
• Set up new clients in accounting systems and map employees to billable rates
• Review intercompany revenue/cost transactions and assist with interco contracts
• Assist with revenue recognition and ensure compliance with client contracts
• Prepare monthly project revenue forecast and compare to budget/plan
• Review hours and expenses for client projects and allocate rates accordingly
• Prepare and review client invoicing and follow up on past-due balances
• Submit monthly client accruals and consolidate across entities
• Review client opportunities in Salesforce and ensure accuracy in schedules
• Review project costs vs contracted amounts and manage shared costs
• Set up and track new employees/subcontractor costs, forecast future costs
• Review cost reports and ensure proper approvals for billable projects
• Identify, allocate & review intercompany transactions
• Assist with annual budget and P&L budget items
• Review supporting documents for annual audit
• Assist in developing new policies to improve workflows
• Mentor junior staff and support monthly close activities
