Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Manager, Client Finance to oversee financial management and forecasting for our client portfolio, drive month-end close, and deliver accurate project accounting. This role offers remote work with optional offices and partners closely with FP&A, legal, and project leads.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in accounting/finance, a BA in accounting/finance/business, strong Excel, GAAP experience, and a track record of supervising teams and improving processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business.
• 6+ years of relevant accounting/finance experience including supervision.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and GAAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly project accounting and lead status meetings with project managers.
• Manage contracts, project setups, and revenue recognition per GAAP.
• Prepare monthly project revenue forecasts and variance analyses.
• Report project financials to leads and stakeholders.
• Mentor staff and collaborate with FP&A on budgets and forecasts.
