Precision Medicine Group, LLC is seeking a Manager of Client Finance to oversee financial management and forecasting for client portfolios, including month-end close and reporting. This fully remote role (or on-site offices in select cities) involves leading project accounting, contract setup, and intercompany processes to ensure accurate revenue and costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business.
• 6+ years of relevant accounting/finance experience including 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly project accounting and lead monthly status meetings with project managers.
• Manage new contract engagements and ensure accurate project setup and contract components.
• Guide the client finance team on project tracking, and review funds vs. budgets.
