Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Senior Client Finance Analyst to support financial management for client portfolios, including month-end close, reporting, and project accounting tasks.

The role involves leading monthly status meetings, reconciling new projects, managing intercompany transactions, and assisting with revenue recognition and invoicing. Strong Excel skills and client-facing experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business.
• 3+ years of relevant accounting/finance experience.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with Salesforce or other financial systems is a plus.
• Month end close experience preferred.
• Revenue recognition experience preferred.
• Project accounting experience.
• Client services or client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly project accounting and lead some monthly status meetings with project managers.
• Review and reconcile new projects, milestones, and intercompany transactions.
• Set up new clients in accounting systems and review MSAs for rebates/discounts.
• Review project costs vs. contracted amounts and assist with budget changes.
• Assist with revenue recognition and monthly invoicing.
• Prepare monthly project revenue forecast and variance analysis.
• Assist with annual budget preparation and ad hoc projects.
• Mentor junior staff and support monthly close activities.
