Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Manager of Client Finance to oversee financial management for a client portfolio. The role can be fully remote or based in luxury offices; lead forecasting, month-end close, and GAAP-compliant revenue recognition.

You will supervise project accounting, contract reviews, intercompany activities, and monthly revenue forecasts with FP&A collaboration while mentoring staff and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in accounting, finance or business.
• 6+ years of accounting/finance experience, including 2-3 years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly project accounting and lead status meetings with project managers.
• Manage new contract engagements and project setups, ensuring accuracy.
• Guide the finance team on project tracking and budgeting variances.
• Present project financials to project leads and stakeholders.
• Coordinate intercompany transactions and contract reviews with cross-functional teams.
• Review GAAP-compliant revenue recognition and ASC 606 considerations.
• Prepare monthly revenue forecasts and variance analyses with FP&A.
• Mentor staff and drive process improvements in the department.
