We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager who can own strategic client relationships, oversee full campaign lifecycles from presale to post-analysis, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality work.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in account management or client services.
• Ability to lead strategic client relationships, shaping thinking.
• Strong influencer marketing knowledge—strategy, pricing, creator selection, measurement.
• Comfortable leading meetings, QBRs, and post-analysis presentations.
• Strong project management instincts for multiple accounts.
• Collaborative, organized, proactive; escalation point for team.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic client relationships for high-complexity accounts.
• Lead campaigns from presale through post-analysis with clear scope and KPIs.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across Strategy, Analytics, Media, and Creators.
• Ensure client-facing deliverables are high quality and backed by data-driven insights.
• Identify risks early and surface renewal and upsell opportunities with context.
• Coach senior managers and strengthen the pod to improve account leadership.
• Partner with Creator Operations to ensure clear briefs, timelines, and approvals.
