Job summary

New Engen in the United States is seeking a senior project manager to lead complex, cross‑functional campaigns for Donut Studios. You will own timelines, budgets, and communications across creative, strategy, and client stakeholders to ensure on‑time delivery.

In this role, you’ll drive agile ceremonies, coordinate global event delivery, and continuously optimize workflows using modern project tools. A strong background in digital marketing and enterprise client services is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in project management or coordination, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency.
• Agile project management: Scrum/Kanban ceremonies and iterative cycles.
• Strong client and internal communication across enterprise stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple projects with tight timelines and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Workfront, Asana, Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace; willingness to learn client systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Admin, or Communications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keep day-to-day project timelines, task tracking, and creative workflows on schedule.
• Run agile standups, manage backlogs, and adapt scope across workstreams.
• Communicate project updates to clients and internal teams; align priorities and timelines.
• Coordinate creative and event delivery across time zones and tight SLAs.
• Monitor budgets and monthly burn-rate; track spend through project lifecycle.
• Identify risks early and escalate issues to maintain momentum.
• Collaborate with creatives, strategists, and clients across teams.
