New Engen in New York is seeking a Senior Account Manager to own strategic client relationships across a portfolio of high‑complexity accounts. You will manage day‑to‑day communications, account health, and strategic recommendations to elevate performance.

From presale through post‑analysis you will lead campaigns, coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensure quality deliverables, and surface renewal opportunities while coaching junior managers to strengthen the pod.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in account management or client services, managing complex, multi‑workstream relationships.
• Ability to lead client relationships at a strategic level and shape the client’s thinking.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing — strategy, pricing, creator selection, review, and measurement.
• Comfortable leading client meetings, QBRs, and post‑analysis presentations; manage difficult conversations.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic client relationships for a portfolio of high‑complexity accounts.
• Lead campaigns from presale through post‑analysis with scope, timelines, KPIs, and client expectations.
• Orchestrate cross‑functional execution with Creator Ops, Strategy, Analytics, Media, and Account teams.
• Own client‑facing quality and performance narratives; review deliverables and turn results into insights and next steps.
• Protect and grow account health by surfacing renewal and upsell opportunities with strong context.
• Coach Senior Managers across accounts and participate in senior‑level conversations and renewals.
• Partner with Creator Operations through clear briefs and handoffs, ensuring scope, budget, and rights are complete.
