Job summary

New Engen, the in-house Donut Studios creative studio, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to keep complex digital campaigns on track across global time zones. You will own timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications, guiding cross-functional teams through iterative delivery cycles.

You will collaborate with creatives, strategists, and clients, while adopting AI-powered workflows to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management or coordination in a digital/creative setting.
• Agile project management experience with Scrum/Kanban ceremonies.
• Strong client and internal communication skills with enterprise stakeholders.
• Experience juggling multiple projects and deadlines with strong organizational focus.
• Proficient with Workfront, Asana, Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace; willingness to learn client systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project timelines, task tracking, and creative workflows.
• Lead or participate in agile ceremonies and backlog management.
• Maintain cadence of project updates and delivery forecasts with clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate creative assignments across the full project lifecycle and across time zones.
• Monitor budget and monthly burn-rate; track scope and spend through project stages.
• Proactively identify risks and escalate issues to keep delivery on track.
• Collaborate with creatives, strategists, and clients to align priorities and timelines.
• Support AI-powered workflows and process improvements.
