New Engen, Inc. is seeking a Senior Account Manager, Client Engagement in Rogers, AR.

You will own day-to-day client communications and the execution of integrated influencer campaigns, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while keeping clients informed. You will partner with Strategy, Creator Operations, Media, Analytics, and Account Leadership to turn complex campaigns into seamless client experiences, identify risks, and drive results.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in account management, campaign management, project management, or client services within an agency or digital marketing environment.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and complex, cross-functional marketing campaigns.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational delivery of multiple influencer marketing programs from RFP through wrap-up.
• Build and maintain primary day-to-day client contact and strategic recommendations.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Strategy, Creator Operations, Media, Analytics, and Engagement teams.
