Job summary

New Engen is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead cross-functional, agile campaigns for Donut Studios. You’ll keep projects moving, manage timelines, and coordinate global event delivery across time zones while maintaining budgets and client relationships.

You’ll collaborate with creatives, strategists, and clients, drive smarter workflows with AI tools, and grow your PM skills through onboarding and mentorship with senior leaders. Remote/hybrid options offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management or coordination in a digital marketing/creative environment.
• Agile project management experience with Scrum/Kanban ceremonies.
• Strong client and internal communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects with tight deadlines and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Workfront, Asana, Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace; willingness to learn client-specific systems.
• Budget tracking and escalation management experience.
• Ability to coordinate across time zones for global/event-based work.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Keep projects moving: manage timelines, tasks, and workflows to ensure on-schedule delivery from brief to final output.
• Run an Agile operating cadence with daily standups and sprint ceremonies; manage backlogs and scope.
• Drive clear, two-way communication with clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate creative assignments across the full project lifecycle, including global events.
• Own budget tracking and monthly burn-rate reporting; manage work orders.
• Stay one step ahead by maintaining trackers and proactively identifying risks.
• Collaborate across teams to align on priorities and status.
• Support smarter ways of working with AI-powered workflows and automation.
• Resolve blockers and maintain momentum across multiple deliverables.
• Grow PM skills through mentorship and onboarding with senior leaders.
