Job summary
New Engen, the parent company behind Donut Studios, seeks a seasoned Project Manager to oversee cross‑functional project delivery for digital campaigns and events. You will run agile ceremonies, manage timelines, budgets, and client expectations while coordinating global teams and on-site logistics when needed.
You will partner with creatives, strategists, and clients, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication across time zones.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of PM or project coordination experience in digital marketing or creative environments.
- Hands-on Agile experience with Scrum/Kanban ceremonies and short iteration cycles.
- Excellent written and spoken communication with enterprise clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day project timelines, tasks, and creative workflows from brief to final delivery.
- Lead agile ceremonies, backlogs, and scope adjustments across workstreams.
- Coordinate updates and forecasts with clients and cross‑functional teams.
- Oversee budget tracking, burn rate, and spend through project lifecycle.
- Collaborate on global/event delivery and on-site logistics when needed.
- Identify risks early and communicate issues to keep momentum.
