Job summary

New Engen seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead Donut Studios’ projects in a fast-paced digital marketing environment. You will manage timelines, coordinate creative workflows, and uphold strong client and cross-functional communication.

You’ll drive agile ceremonies, backlogs, and scope adjustments across global teams, ensuring budgets and delivery are on track while embracing AI-powered workflows to boost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management or project coordination experience in a digital marketing/creative agency or fast-paced client services environment.
• Agile project management experience with Scrum/Kanban ceremonies and short, iterative cycles.
• Strong client and internal communication, able to represent engagements professionally to enterprise stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines with exceptional organization and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Workfront, Asana, Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace; willingness to learn client-specific systems.
• Comfort with budget tracking/reporting (burn rate, work orders) and handling escalations.

Responsibilities

• Keep day-to-day project timelines, task tracking, and creative workflows on schedule using familiar tools.
• Run or participate in agile ceremonies; manage backlogs and adapt scope in short cycles.
• Own cadence of project updates and delivery forecasts; communicate with clients and internal teams.
