New Engen, a Seattle‑based digital marketing agency, seeks an experienced Account Lead to own strategic client relationships for a portfolio of high‑complexity accounts, guiding day‑to‑day communications, health, and expansion opportunities. From presale through post‑analysis, you’ll lead campaigns, align squads, establish workflows, and ensure top‑tier client outcomes.

You’ll act as the hub across Creator Ops, Strategy, Analytics, Media, and Accounts to deliver high‑quality work.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in account management or client services.
• Strategic leadership of relationships beyond campaigns.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing - strategy, pricing, creator selection, measurement.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic client relationships for a portfolio of high‑complexity accounts.
• Lead campaigns from presale through post‑analysis and ensure alignment on scope, timelines and KPIs.
• Orchestrate cross‑functional execution with Creator Operations, Strategy, Analytics, Media, and Accounts.
• Own client‑facing quality and performance narratives, reviewing content and communications.
• Protect and grow account health by surfacing renewals and upsell opportunities with context.
• Guide Senior Managers across accounts and represent the account in senior‑level conversations.
• Partner with Creator Operations through briefs and Squad KO processes for clear handoffs.
