New Engen is a digital marketing agency that blends media, creative, analytics, influencer, and retail strategies into performance-driven campaigns. We seek a Senior Account Manager to own day-to-day client communications and drive the execution of integrated influencer campaigns across multiple programs.

You will collaborate with Strategy, Creator Operations, Media, Analytics, and Account Leadership to deliver seamless client experiences, identify risks, and move work forward.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in account management, campaign management, project management, or client services within an agency, influencer marketing, or digital marketing environment.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and complex, cross-functional marketing campaigns simultaneously.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence leading client conversations and presenting recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational delivery of multiple influencer marketing programs from RFP through campaign wrap-up.
• Build and maintain primary day-to-day client contact; provide strategic recommendations and proactive communication.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Strategy, Creator Operations, Media, Analytics, and Engagement teams.
• Own project timelines, campaign workstreams, creator operations handoffs, media setup, and documentation.
• Lead campaign recap presentations with Analytics, Media, Strategy, and Creator Operations.
• Mentor Associate Account Managers and improve team workflows.
