Logistis for Designers is a remote bookkeeping and accounting firm focused on interior designers. The Client Manager owns client relationships, leads monthly calls, translates financials, and guides a bookkeeping team to accuracy and timeliness.

Beyond advisory work, you onboarding new clients, cleaning up books, and teaching best practices. This role blends client leadership with hands-on accounting in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience at a senior accountant level.
• Experience with books cleanup and catch-up work, including reconciliations and accrual corrections.
• Experience onboarding new clients and teaching accounting best practices.
• 3+ years in a client-facing role, such as client management or account management.
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online; ProAdvisor certification is a plus.
• Ability to explain financial concepts clearly to people who aren't accountants.

Responsabilités

• Manage client relationships and conduct monthly/quarterly reviews of financials, cash flow, AR/AP and profitability.
• Lead onboarding and cleanup of client books and guide clients through onboarding checklists.
• Oversee a team of bookkeepers and ensure on-time, accurate work delivered for client meetings.
• Coordinate with CPAs, payroll providers and software reps as needed.
• Train designers on workflows in Studio Designer, Houzz Pro, Programa and QuickBooks.
• Ensure final review of financial statements before sending to clients.
