Logistis for Designers is a fully remote bookkeeping and accounting firm serving interior-design businesses across the US. As Client Manager you own client relationships, lead monthly calls, and supervise bookkeeping teams to ensure accurate, on-time financials.

You onboard new clients, clean up books, teach best practices for Studio Designer, Houzz Pro, Programa and QuickBooks Online, and help designers improve gross margins and profitability while scaling their practice.

Formación

• 5+ years of accounting experience in a senior role, preferably at an accounting or bookkeeping firm.
• Experience with books cleanup and catch-up work, including reconciliations and adjusting entries.
• Experience onboarding new clients and teaching accounting best practices.
• 3+ years in a client-facing role such as client management or account management.
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online; ProAdvisor certification is a plus.
• Ability to explain financial concepts clearly to non-accountants.
• Experience leading or mentoring remote or offshore bookkeepers.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as main contact for assigned clients via email, phone, and Zoom.
• Lead recurring monthly or quarterly calls to review financials and project profitability.
• Help designers understand gross profit, markups, and net income, suggesting changes when margins are low.
• Answer workflow questions about Studio Designer, Houzz Pro, Programa and QuickBooks Online.
• Coordinate with clients' CPAs, payroll providers, and software reps as needed.
• Lead onboarding, cleanup, and training to ensure accurate books and best practices.
