Job summary

Logistis for Designers, a remote bookkeeping and accounting firm serving interior design clients, seeks a Senior Client Manager to own client relationships, lead monthly calls, and manage a bookkeeping team. You’ll onboard new clients, clean up their books, and teach designers best practices for accurate financials.

You will translate financial data into plain language, guide project profitability analysis, and collaborate with CPAs and software vendors to optimize workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience at a senior accountant level.
• Proven experience with books cleanup and catch‑up work, including reconciliations and adjusting entries.
• Experience onboarding new clients and teaching accounting best practices.
• 3+ years in a client‑facing role such as client management or account management.
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online; ProAdvisor certification is a plus.
• Ability to explain financial concepts clearly to non‑accountants.
• Experience leading or mentoring remote or offshore bookkeepers.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with a book of design‑firm clients via email, phone and Zoom.
• Lead monthly/quarterly calls to review financials and close the books.
• Oversee onboarding, cleanup, and best practices for client accounts.
• Train designers and teams on workflows in Studio Designer, Houzz Pro, Programa and QuickBooks Online.
• Supervise a team of bookkeepers and ensure timely call‑prep and financial deliverables.
• Coordinate with outside CPAs, payroll providers, and software reps as needed.

Bachelor's degree in accounting, business or related field
