Logistis for Designers is a fully remote bookkeeping and accounting firm serving interior design firms. The Client Manager owns client relationships, leads monthly calls, and supervises a team of bookkeepers to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and clear financial insights.

You will onboard new clients, clean up books, and teach best practices for Studio Designer, Houzz Pro, Programa and QuickBooks Online. Strong communication and leadership are essential to help designers grow while preserving

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience at a senior level
• 3+ years in a client-facing role such as client management
• Experience onboarding new clients and teaching best practices
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online and accrual-based financials
• Ability to explain financial concepts clearly to non-accountants
• Leadership or mentoring experience with remote or offshore bookkeepers
• Bonus: experience with Studio Designer, Houzz Pro, Programa; Gusto; Karbon; multi-state sales tax; or interior design industry
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business or a related field, or equivalent experience

Responsabilités

• Own the relationship with assigned design-firm clients via email, phone, and Zoom
• Lead recurring monthly/quarterly calls to review financials, cash flow, AR/AP and project profitability
• Instruct clients on gross profit, markups, and net income and suggest pricing changes
• Coordinate with CPAs, payroll providers, and software reps as needed
• Oversee onboarding, cleanup, and setup of design-platform to QuickBooks mappings
• Manage and coach a team of bookkeepers and ensure timely call-prep and financials
• Review financial statements for accuracy before presenting to clients
• Support clients with Studio Designer, Houzz Pro, Programa and QuickBooks workflows
