Logistis for Designers is a fully remote bookkeeping and accounting firm serving interior design firms. You will manage relationships, lead monthly calls, and ensure accurate books across a remote team.

You’ll onboard clients, clean up books, and teach best practices to designers and staff. As a senior accountant, you’ll drive profitability insights, explain financials in plain language, and coordinate with CPAs and payroll providers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience at a senior level in an accounting or bookkeeping setting.
• 3+ years in a client-facing role such as client management or account management.
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online and accrual-based financial statements; ProAdvisor certification is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own client relationships and lead monthly/quarterly calls to review financials, cash flow, AR/AP and project profitability.
• Oversee onboarding, cleanup, and setup of design-platform integrations with QuickBooks.
• Lead a remote bookkeeper team, ensuring accurate, timely work and final review of client statements.
• Train designers and staff on best practices for Studio Designer, Houzz Pro and QuickBooks workflows.
