Job summary

Systems & Software, a division of Harris, seeks a Sr Implementation Consultant to join the Professional Services team. You will translate client requirements into solutions, configure enQuesta CIS workflows, and train users across remote and classroom sessions.

The role involves travel, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing support to ensure successful deployments for utilities and municipalities across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of CIS, Utility Industry, S&S enQuesta, JIRA, Confluence, and Clarizen experience is a plus.
• Experience with electric rate configuration and CIS billing systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and understand client business requirements; interpret within project scope.
• Configure software using workflow rules to support client business processes.
• Train end users via remote and classroom sessions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to deliver implementations and upgrades.
• Provide subject matter expertise and consulting for project teams.
