Sharecare is seeking a Senior Care Advisor for CareLinx’s Payer Operations line of business. The role supports members and families through the caregiver search, hire, and retention process, guiding them with benefit questions and building confidence in services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college coursework preferred.
• Minimum six months experience as Care Advisor or Enrollment Specialist.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Comfortable with long periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Responsibilities

• Guide members on the caregiver search journey through relationship building and exceptional communication.
• Work closely with the Enrollment Team to ensure seamless handoffs.
• Provide ongoing support after the caregiver hire to maintain relationships and overall satisfaction.
• Document accurate and complete notes of all family and caregiver interactions in CareLinx’s EHR system.
• Collaborate professionally with other team members and teams within CareLinx.
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills via phone, email, and text.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and be willing to learn about new business development opportunities.
• Present as a positive CareLinx representative to clients and colleagues.
• Proactively take ownership of administrative and/or high-level tasks as needed.
• Identify and articulate trends affecting member experience during recruitment.
• Deescalate unhappy members and provide a positive experience.
• Suggest process improvements in a collaborative manner.
• Take on additional tasks for the team, including shadowing new members and participating in pilot programs.
