The Chemours Company is hiring a Capital Project Estimator for a remote-friendly, hybrid role. You will deliver capital and non-capital estimates across project life cycles and support multiple teams with critical input for risk management and cost optimization.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in petrochemical/industrial estimation, hands-on experience with Aspen tools, and strong collaboration skills to influence stakeholders at all levels. Proximity to central/eastern time zones is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years estimating experience in petrochemical or heavy industrial settings.
• Experience with Aspen Capital Cost Estimator and Aspen In Plant Cost Estimator.
• Ability to interact with and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual and detailed estimates across project life cycle.
• Lead early estimate plans and track cost performance and risk inputs.
• Maintain cost libraries and historical data for benchmarking.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver accurate, timely estimates.
• Support multiple sites and occasional travel as needed.
