UNFI is seeking a remote Sales Growth Manager to drive revenue within existing accounts and secure new opportunities in snacks categories. You will build relationships with key customers, guide strategy with the Director of Sales, and help expand market presence.

The role requires 5+ years in sales/account management, strong communication, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to meet targets. Remote work with up to 50% travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field.
• 5+ years in sales/account management.
• Experience developing and carrying out business and sales plans.
• Knowledge of strategic and core account management principles.
• Understanding of company products.
• Familiarity with margin and profitability analysis.

Responsibilities

• Create strategy to identify new sales opportunities with UNFI customers.
