Job summary

Sales Talent, Inc. is seeking a Grocery Business Development Manager to drive growth with regional and national grocery retailers.

You will own the sales process from prospecting through close, working remotely with Southeast/Central regions and reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing. The role emphasizes hunting new opportunities, building retailer relationships, and expanding both branded and private-label snack programs.

Qualifications

• 3–10+ years in CPG sales or retail business development.
• Hunter mentality with prospecting and closing skills.
• Experience with food and snacks is relevant.
• Ability to build relationships and manage multiple opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Research and prospect grocery retailers and buyers through email, phone, LinkedIn, and events.
• Secure buyer meetings, coordinate samples and presentations, and maintain follow-up to move deals.
• Close small and mid-sized opportunities independently; partner with VP on larger deals.
• Maintain a disciplined HubSpot pipeline and coordinate across teams to drive revenue.
