Intertape Polymer Group is seeking a Sr. Business Development Specialist-Service Solutions to lead emerging service opportunities across the US.

This remote role collaborates with Sales, Service, Engineering, Operations, and Leadership to identify, develop, and commercialize new revenue streams beyond IPG's traditional product portfolio. You will pursue end users, OEMs, integrators, distributors, and partners, building long-term relationships and delivering value-added, ROI-driven solutions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or higher required in Business, Engineering, Industrial Technology, Automation, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• MBA or advanced technical/business education preferred
• 7+ years of business development, strategic sales, industrial automation, technical sales, capital equipment sales, or related experience.
• Proven hunter with success generating new opportunities and revenue streams.
• Experience selling complex technical solutions, automation systems, or engineered solutions.
• Experience with OEMs, integrators, distributors, or industrial end users preferred.

Mansioni

• Act as SME for emerging service, automation, and specialty solution offerings and develop value-added solutions.
• Lead strategic accounts and promote service and engineered solutions addressing operational and cost-reduction objectives.
• Achieve new business revenue, gross margin, and pipeline development targets for emerging offerings.
• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand market presence and revenue streams.
• Prospect, qualify, and pursue opportunities with end users, OEMs, system integrators, distributors, and partners.
• Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle from qualification to implementation and launch.
