Intertape Polymer Group (IPG) is seeking a National Sales Manager ECP to lead existing accounts and expand business across the United States and Canada. This role covers a remote territory with frequent travel, reporting to the VP of Sales ECP and working in our Sales department.

The position requires 5+ years in sales, strong industry knowledge, and the ability to drive strategy and customer relationships in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Five plus years of sales experience with a proven track record.
• Strong knowledge of the industrial packaging industry and products.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and work independently.

Responsabilités

• Ensure effective sales coverage for the territory and monitor account priorities.
• Prepare annual revenue and expense budgets and track performance vs sales plan.
• Support marketing and product development with customer feedback and market opportunities.
• Coordinate field activities with the Director of Sales within the territory.
• Penetrate market segments and develop relationships with high-volume end users.
• Run product trials and monitor sales forecasts and trends.
