Intertape Polymer Group (IPG) seeks a National Sales Manager ECP to lead key accounts across the U.S. and Canada. The role focuses on expanding existing relationships, managing budgets, and coordinating cross-functional activities with marketing and product development.

You will work remotely, overseeing an assigned territory, and travel up to half the year to nurture major accounts, present product trials, and drive revenue growth. A strong sales mindset and strategic planning are essential.

Qualifications

• Five plus years of sales experience with a proven track record.
• Industry knowledge; experience in industrial sectors preferred.
• Post-secondary education preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team with strong customer service.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and influence customers and colleagues.
• Ideally based in Midwest U.S. with travel.
• Strategic and sales planning skills.
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
• MS Office proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Maintain effective sales coverage for the territory and monitor priorities for each account.
• Prepare annual revenue and expense budgets and track performance vs budget.
• Support marketing and product development with customer feedback and market insights.
• Coordinate account programs with customer service, credit, warehousing, scheduling and shipping.
• Submit monthly forecasts and flag substantive changes.
• Collaborate with the Director of Sales on field activities within the territory.
• Penetrate market segments and target high-volume end users.
• Assist in developing new products based on market needs.
• Run product trials and evaluations through the sales cycle.
• Monitor sales vs forecasts and competitive activity.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships by supporting events and trade shows.
• Travel up to 50%.
