Intertape Polymer Group (IPG) is seeking a National Sales Manager ECP to lead growth across the US and Canada from a remote base. You will manage key accounts, develop regional revenue plans, and align field activities with the Director of Sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience with proven results.
• Knowledge of packaging/industrial markets preferred.
• Post-secondary education preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (Midwest focus).

Responsibilities

• Manage existing customer relationships and grow accounts in US/Canada.
• Develop annual revenue and expense budgets and track performance.
• Provide market feedback to marketing and product teams.
• Coordinate field activities with Director of Sales.
• Penetrate market segments and target high-volume end users.
• Conduct product trials and sales cycles.
• Travel up to 50% as required.
