Intertape Polymer Group seeks a Sr. Business Development Specialist-Service Solutions to drive new revenue through emerging service, automation, and specialty solutions outside the traditional IPG product portfolio.

You will identify opportunities, lead strategic accounts, and collaborate with Sales, Service, Engineering, Operations, and Leadership to translate customer needs into profitable solutions for end users, OEMs, system integrators, distributors, and partners across the US.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or equivalent experience.
MBA or advanced business education is preferred.
7+ years in business development, strategic sales, or related roles.

Mansioni

Lead as the primary business development owner for emerging service and solution offerings.
Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market presence and revenue streams.
Prospect and pursue opportunities with end users, OEMs, system integrators, distributors, and partners.
Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Operations to deliver customer-specific solutions.
Mentor other sales professionals and contribute to market feedback and new offerings.
