Job summary

The role focuses on documenting user stories, maintaining the backlog, and facilitating sprint planning and UAT activities to ensure high‑quality software solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a technical discipline, or any other relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional analyst experience.
• Experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments, SAFe with JIRA.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient in software development processes, including requirements gathering and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed user stories and acceptance criteria with stakeholders.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog with business stakeholders.
• Assist sprint planning by defining and prioritizing tasks.
• Maintain ongoing stakeholder communications and feedback loops.
• Analyze business processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with development teams to design software solutions.
• Oversee testing and validation to meet requirements and quality standards.
• Create and maintain project documentation for development, deployment, and maintenance.
• Promote continuous improvement with Agile best practices.
• Take on additional tasks to support team objectives.
