Job summary

Mind Computing is seeking a full-time, 100% remote Business Analyst to support a VA project. The analyst will gather and analyze requirements, translate stakeholder needs, and support Agile software development with close collaboration among developers, testers, product owners, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include writing user stories, managing the backlog, assisting sprint planning, and ensuring quality through testing and validation, with emphasis on continuous improvement and thorough

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• At least 5 years of professional analyst experience.
• Experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments, SAFe and JIRA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in requirements gathering, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed user stories and acceptance criteria with stakeholders.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog with business partners.
• Support sprint planning and define tasks for incremental value.
• Maintain ongoing stakeholder communication and gather feedback.
• Analyze business processes to identify gaps and improvements.
• Collaborate with developers to design solutions addressing business needs.
• Oversee testing and validation to ensure quality.
• Create and maintain project documentation.
• Promote continuous improvement with Agile best practices.
• Take on additional tasks to support project success.
