Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong background in software development with Agile/SAFe
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to explain complex topics
• Attention to detail, customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Experience conducting independent research to address complex questions
• Advanced experience with MS Office, including Excel

Responsibilities

• Lead capture of business requirements for software development teams
• Document requirements in an ALM tool (e.g., JIRA) and manage them
• Perform Agile requirement management for a product team
• Develop business process models and formal specifications
• Gather and document business, functional, technical, and non-technical requirements from stakeholders
• Create and manage backlog items, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Coordinate with Systems Engineers to assess impact on solutions
• Write and deliver project documents to the client
• Identify and manage risks and issues impacting project progress
• Support change control processes and traceability across requirements and tests
