Qualifications

• Must have strong software development background and SAFe/Agile methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
• Attention to detail, customer service mindset, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience conducting independent research to resolve complex questions.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize information from multiple sources.
• Experience with JIRA tools.
• Experience in large, Agile software development or data integration projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the capture of business requirements for software development teams.
• Collaborate with business users, IT, and leadership to document requirements in ALM tools.
• Manage requirements in ALM tool and perform Agile requirement management.
• Analyze user needs to determine functional, cross-functional, and technical requirements.
• Conduct user interviews and develop business process models and specifications.
• Work with customers and stakeholders to document requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Use JIRA for requirements management, testing, and defect management.
• Perform collection, tracking, and monitoring of system and business requirements.
• Validate requirements and integration; conduct backlog refinement sessions.
