Syms Strategic Group (SSG) is seeking a seasoned Requirements Analyst for a 100% remote position focused on Federal VA programs. You will lead requirements capture, documentation, and agile planning for software teams, collaborating with business users, IT, and leadership to elicit, refine, and maintain backlog items and acceptance criteria.
The role requires extensive SAFe experience, strong communication, and deep analysis to ensure traceability and successful sprint outcomes. U.S.
Qualifications
- Experience with SAFe/Scaled Agile Framework in large projects.
- Excellent oral and written communication for stakeholders and customers.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- 10 years of professional experience in software or systems analysis.
Responsibilities
- Lead the capture of business requirements for software development teams.
- Document requirements in ALM tools and manage them in Jira.
- Perform Agile requirement management and backlog refinement.
- Develop and maintain business process models and formal specifications.
- Collaborate with IT, business users, and leadership to elicit needs.
