Qualifications

• Strong background in software development and SAFe methodologies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
• Attention to detail, customer service skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience conducting independent research to support complex questions.
• Advanced experience with MS Office, including Excel.
• Excellent analytical skills across multiple sources.
• Expertise with JIRA tools.
• Experience in large, Agile software development or data integration projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the capture of business requirements for software development teams.
• Collaborate with business users, IT, and leadership to elaborate and document requirements in an ALM tool.
• Manage requirements in an ALM tool.
• Perform Agile requirement management activities for a product team.
• Develop and decompose user stories, backlog items and acceptance criteria.
• Use JIRA for Requirements, Testing and Defect Management; manage requirements and epics.
• Identify and manage risks and issues impacting progress and outcomes.
• Coordinate with Systems Engineers to assess impact on technical solutions.
