Responsibilities

Lead capture of business requirements for software development teams.
Collaborate with users, IT, and leadership to document requirements in ALM tools.
Manage requirements in ALM and conduct Agile requirement management for product teams.
Analyze user needs to determine functional, cross-functional, and technical requirements.
Conduct user interviews, lead sessions, and develop process models and formal specs.
Document requirements and track traceability across requirements, test cases, and risks.
