• Strong background in software development and SAFe methodologies.
• Excellent oral and written communication to non-technical audiences.

• Advanced Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with data synthesis from multiple sources.
• Expertise with JIRA tools for requirements management.
• Experience in large, Agile software development or data integration projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the capture of business requirements for software development teams.
• Collaborate with business users, IT, and leadership to document requirements in ALM tools.
• Manage requirements in an ALM tool and perform Agile requirement management.
• Analyze user needs to determine functional, cross-functional, and technical requirements.
• Conduct user interviews and develop business process models and specifications.
• Document requirements with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
• Elaborate user stories and break down into backlog items with acceptance criteria.
• Use JIRA for requirements management, testing, and defect management.
• Track system and business requirements, validate and integrate them.
• Conduct backlog refinement sessions and coordinate with Systems Engineers.
• Manage requirements for multiple projects and write client documents.
• Identify and manage risks and issues affecting progress and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain scheduled product/backlog(s) and change control.
• Create Change Requests per policies and procedures.
• Facilitate configuration management for project artifacts.
• Trace requirements, test cases, and risks across the lifecycle.
• Analyze execution status and metrics across SAFe Agile processes.
• Become a product SME and mentor junior analysts.
• Foster strong relationships with product owners and stakeholders.
• Support development team to clarify requirement details as needed.
• Follow Scrum methods and deliver Sprint requirements and specs.
• Remove impediments to complete Sprints and communicate progress.
