Responsibilities

• Lead requirements capture for software teams and document in ALM tools.
• Collaborate with users, IT, and leadership to elicit and refine requirements.
• Manage requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in JIRA.
• Perform backlog refinement and ensure traceability across requirements and tests.
• Coordinate with Systems Engineers on impact to solutions and risks.
