Syms Strategic Group, LLC is seeking an experienced requirements analyst to support a remote Federal VA project. You will lead the capture and documentation of business, functional, and technical requirements, working with users, IT, and leadership within an agile framework.

Master’s degree in Engineering or related field is required.
10 years of professional experience; federal or SAFe project experience preferred.
Strong written and spoken communication; ability to convey complex topics clearly.
Experience with JIRA for requirements, testing, and defects.

Responsibilities

Lead capture of business requirements for software development teams.
Collaborate with users, IT and leadership to document requirements in ALM tools.
Manage requirements in ALM and perform Agile requirements activities.
Develop and maintain backlog items, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Coordinate with Systems Engineers on technical impact and changes.
Own change control and document risk and issues; prepare project artifacts.
