Ethos is seeking an experienced senior brand manager to help train a leading AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will lead brand strategy and creative direction for high-quality outputs across core workflows, including branding decks, campaign briefs, visual identity guides, and marketing collateral calendars.

Flexible, 5–20 hours per week, fully remote with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading brand strategy or creative direction for a consumer brand, agency, or in-house marketing team
• Portfolio of shipped campaign creative, brand guidelines, or pitch decks that reflect professional-grade design judgment and narrative craft
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
