Job summary

Ethos is seeking a Head of Brand to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role requires leadership in brand strategy or creative direction for consumer or B2B brands and a portfolio demonstrating high design judgment.

Responsibilities include creating and refining AI-generated brand documents and collateral, with a focus on quality and narrative clarity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading brand strategy or creative direction for a consumer brand, agency, or in-house marketing team.
• Portfolio of shipped campaign creative, brand guidelines, or pitch decks that reflect professional-grade design judgment and narrative craft.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Lead brand strategy and creative direction for campaigns and collateral.
