RecruitMyMom is seeking a seasoned Senior Bookkeeper for a fully remote, part-time contract (10–15 hours/week) across a five-entity structure. Reporting to the CEO, you will manage daily bookkeeping tasks with autonomy and deliver timely cash flow insights.

This 6-month engagement offers competitive rates and a handover period to ensure a smooth transition. Prior multi-entity experience and proficiency with QuickBooks Online, Xero or Sage are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years senior bookkeeping across multi-entity or international structures.
• System agnostic: QuickBooks Online, Xero or Sage experience acceptable.
• Hit the ground running with no training required.
• Highly reliable and able to work autonomously with daily routines.

Responsabilités

• Multi-Entity Bookkeeping for 5 group entities.
• Daily Cash & Bank Monitoring: twice daily bank checks.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable processing and follow-ups.
• Intercompany reconciliations and month-end close.
• Financial reporting and handover to CEO.
